Joseph Doherty Sr.
Owner
Joe Sr. has been roofing since the age of 12, when he learned the trade working alongside his uncle. After years of experience, he founded JDRC in 1991 and has built the company on honesty, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. Known as the person to call when others can't find a leak, Joe takes pride in solving even the toughest roofing problems. While many owners eventually trade the roof for a desk, Joe never got the memo. You'll still find him up on the roof alongside his crew, and we don't think we'd be able to keep him off it even if we tried. Today, he's proud to have his children continuing the family roofing tradition alongside him.

Estimator & Field Foreman
Growing up around construction and hands-on projects, Joe Jr. developed a passion for roofing and craftsmanship at an early age. After joining the family business in 2017, he has worked alongside his father to continue the tradition. He works closely with homeowners and builders, preparing estimates, managing projects, and overseeing job sites as a field foreman.
Adaria Doherty-Holleran
Office Manager
As Joe Sr.'s daughter and the Office Manager at JDRC, Adaria is often the friendly voice you'll hear when you call. She coordinates scheduling, communicates with customers, manages billing, and keeps projects organized behind the scenes. Her dedication to customer service and commitment to keeping every project on track help ensure a smooth experience from the first phone call to the final invoice.
Salesman Sam
Meet Sam, our four-legged salesman! You'll occasionally spot him riding along for estimates, making new friends, and boosting job site morale. While he may not know much about roofing, he's an expert at earning smiles and making customers feel right at home.
